Transfiguration by Trapheauxly
If you ask Trapheauxly who they are, they won’t describe themselves as a rapper or singer first. Instead, they call themselves a writer and a student of the arts. A musician since 17, they've been writing music for the last 12 years about an eclectic range of topics. From social justice to quantum physics, their curiosity leads them to new places in each track.

Debuting in 2024 with their EP GODDEXX, they have a sizable discography at almost 50 tracks to their name. Their new album, however, is definitely their magnum opus. “Transfiguration” is a collection of tracks that move across genres and show exactly who Trapheauxly is: a writer who won’t stop. Everything in the album comes from their own life and how they got where they are today. Being written over 2.5 years across three different albums, this collection shows the dedication of their pen and the studio that keep them steady.
Each track starts with their pen, focusing heavily on the poetry of their music. They then record raw demos of just rapping or singing to their lyrics. Since they write before choosing the instrumentation, they have to be especially careful about their flow and delivery. This process, which is the opposite of the norm, creates a sound that is lyrically impressive and fun to listen to, as they expertly match crafted lyrics to the beat. In the album, two tracks really stand out. “Heauxly” has a beautiful gospel melody that contrasts the rest of the album, and “Transfiguration” (the titular track) showcases their technical ability. Together, these two tracks show just how far they've come over their career as a singer, rapper, and writer.
Looking ahead, Trapheauxly sees themselves being supported entirely through music. They want to reach the masses. They always loves to hear from listeners, and are easy to find on every platform. Check their work out and look for more coming soon!
